The return period for a full refund (excluding shipping costs) is 14 days from the date your order was delivered.

You will be credited on the original payment method used. This may take up to 10 working days to appear on your statement.

To return an item(s):

• Choose weather You’d like to be refunded only, or wish to return the item:

– You haven’t received your order and would like to get your money back OR
– The product is not as described and you would like a partial refund.

Return Item

– You are not satisfied with the product and would like to return it for a full refund. You may have to pay the shipping fee(s).
